Water for Wilton: Jackson Confirms Service for 4000 More Homes
NSW water minister Rose Jackson has confirmed a doubling of servicing capacity will be scheduled for the Wilton growth corridor in Sydney’s south-west.
The Wilton Stage 2 project announced by Jackson will now increase capacity for another 4000 new homes and businesses in the area, taking total serviceable load to 8000.
The Stage 1 works are already under way, with Haslin Constructions awarded the contract for upgrades to the Wilton Water Resource Recovery Facility. New pumping stations and pipes are also scheduled for a late 2027 completion.
